These amber Baltic Sea necklaces have some of the highest concentrations of succinic acid (aka amber acid) found in nature.
What is Succinic Acid and how does it relieve teething pain?
Succinic acid is an antioxidant that is known for its ability to calm inflammation, soothe the nervous system and boost the immune system. The theory is that the body's natural warmth releases the succinic acid onto the skin and into the bloodstream to help ease the pain from teething.
